“Civil War” started right from “Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D” for Season 3

With the government issuing the law to stop the Inhumans in the first episode, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, Season 3 is the road.

If you saw the first episode of Agents of SHIELD Season 4 netfilx earlier this week, you will easily recognize the details and dialogue related to the movie Avengers: Age Of Ultron (battle Sokovia) and Ant -man (Pym Technology). However, the producers have also deftly added many other details to set up for blockbuster Captain America: Civil War next year. These details, though only fleeting and understandable, provide us with an insight into why the government has come up with a law that suppresses people with super powers.

As we all know, the Terrigen stones that crashed into the ocean during season 2 have caused some variation for some Inhumans around the globe. Joey Gutierrez had a normal life until he had taken fish oil contaminated with Terrigen, making him suddenly capable of melting the object. Unable to control his powers, he accidentally caused panic in the neighborhood until he was rescued by Daisy Johnson.

Before Joey was saved by SHIELD, he was almost shot down by a mysterious task force. Shortly thereafter, viewers became aware that they were members of the Advanced Threat Containment Unit, led by Rosalind Price.

According to President Ellis (who appeared in Iron Man 3), this unit was formed to deal with the growing number of Inhumans in the United States (and the whole world). Unlike SHIELD, they are not interested in helping those people control their power but want to erase it. In other words, we do not need to wait until Captain America: the Civil War launches to find out how the government treated the superpower. It’s happening right now!

For most “Marvel Movie Universe” movies, there are a lot of superhero characters and they are all notable members of the Avengers. With the special ability of all the Inhumans in the world to rise, instead of allowing them freedom of movement, the government feels the situation must be prevented and controlled to protect civilians.

All of this is how Marvel is secretly paving the way for the Civil War. After a series of losses from the Avengers, nations around the world will set up a system to regulate the behavior of superheroes. At first this only applies to Avengers, but with what is happening in Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D, the very high possibility that the Inhumans will also be the target.

We still will not see this situation until the peak levels until Captain America: Civil War debuts next year. However, tracking Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D, dealing with the increased status of the Inhumans and setting up a new civil war is interesting to watch for this series.
